As a result of customer feedback, Zeus 1.4 has now been released with the following new features:
Quotation Module
The quotation module allows a customer quotation to be entered, printed and or emailed (as pdf and various other formats) and finally, converted to a sales order. In addition, quotations can be parked (hidden until a future date) at which point they will return to the queue with a "resurrected" status to indicate that the quotation needs to be followed up. This is ideal way of keeping the active quotations queue at a mangable size whilst customers that would like to be followed up at a future point in time will not be forgotten about.
Unsuccessful quotations can be cancelled with a reason given to allow for statistical reporting on unsucessfull quoations and wins/losses.
Active Invoices Queue
In addition to a standard Debtors Report (Customer Aged Trial Balance) Zeus now features a dynamic queue for all outstanding invoices. Invoices are colour coded in the queue to show late invoices and invoices that need to be followed up. When a customer is contacted with a reminder to pay their bills a follow-up date is entered which will result in the entry changing color once the date expires. This is an excellent way of ensuring that your bad debts are kept to a minimum.
Reports
Various new reports have been added included Sales Analysis by Product Group/Product Sub-Group.
